PRIVACY POLICY

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data
The computer systems and programs used for the operation of the website collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols (e. g. IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI addresses -Uniform Resource Identifier- of the resources requested, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in reply, numerical code about the status of the response made by the server - good, error, etc. and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment). Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, they could, by their nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information not associated with any user identification data on the use of the website and to check its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website.


Data provided voluntarily by the user

For consulting the website, no provision of personal data by the user is required. However, any contact with Numerique S.r.l , or the optional, explicit and spontaneous sending of messages, of electronic or traditional mail, to the addresses prod@numerique.it and christine@numerique.it and others that may be indicated on the site involves the subsequent acquisition of the address, including e-mail, of the sender or its telephone number, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communications. This data will be used only to respond to the user's request and may be disclosed to third parties only if necessary for that purpose. No consent is required for the processing of data for the purposes above, since the processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which the user is party or for the implementation of measures requested by the user prior to entering into an agreement (art. 6, letter b) of par. 1, of the Regulation) as well as, where applicable, to comply with a legal obligation (Regulation, letter a) of first paragraph of art. 6).


COOKIES

No personal data of users is acquired by the website. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal character, no persistent cookies of any kind are used, nor are systems for tracking users.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable exploration of the site.
The so-called session cookies used in this site do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.


DATA PROCESSING

The data will be processed by personnel appointed by Numerique S.r.l using procedures, technical and IT tools suitable for protecting the confidentiality and security of your data and consists of collecting, recording, organization, storing, consulting, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, communicating, disseminating, deleting and destroying the same, including the combination of two or more of the above activities. The data shall only be stored for the time strictly required to provide the requested services to the user and shall promptly be deleted straight afterwards, without prejudice to the legal storage obligations provided for by the law. Your data shall not be disclosed. In the framework of its activity and for the purposes specified above, Numerique S.r.l may engage third parties for carrying out specific services on its behalf and under its instructions, as processor. Such third parties provide Numerique S.r.l with processing or accessory services (e.g. consumer service, IT services regarding the website operation). Personal data may be transferred to other countries of the European Union where the premises or the servers of Numerique S.r.l or of any of its suppliers are located. Personal data shall not be transferred outside the territory of the European Union.
